Art classes specifically for Older Adults with educator and artist Linda Kallas.
Join us at the El Corazon Senior Center for another Art Classes for Older Adults series. Our August three-week series will be all about self-expression and honoring special people in our lives.
Led by teaching artist Linda Kallas, M. Ed. (art educator and children’s book illustrator) the class will learn basic drawing techniques on the first day. In the following days, the class will combine those basics with words and collage to create a mixed media illustration. Participants will leave with a piece of artwork honoring someone in their lives.
