John Landes Community Room

With a maximum occupancy of 84, the John Landes Community Room is 1176 square feet (42x28). Public restrooms are available in the main part of the Center.

No set up is provided. All use of the John Landes Community Center Community Room is self service.

Access is provided through Center during open hours and by Center and Library staff. 

The John Landes Community Room is open for use by groups, organizations, and businesses engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, civic, or charitable activities; and will be available on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of the individuals or groups requesting their use.  Private parties, which are not open to the public, such as wedding rehearsals, birthday celebrations, or other private events, are not permitted. 

Outside organizations may use the room once per month for a fee.  Room rates vary depending on type of user and when event will take place.  The room is available Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and fees charged will include user's access and exit times. 

Refreshments can be served in the rooms for an additional non-refundable cleaning charge of $25.  No cleaning fee will be charged if only water is served in the room.
