Civic Center Library

With a maximum occupancy of 170, the Civic Center Community Room is 1,755 square feet (39' x 45') with an additional small lobby located outside the double interior doors.  Public restrooms are accessed through the lobby where there is also a small sink and countertop.

The Civic Center Community Room can be used for any reason except private parties and receptions that are not open to the public (i.e. showers, birthday parties, wedding rehearsals etc.). 

Outside organizations may use the room once per quarter (once every three months) for a fee.  Room rates vary depending on type of user and when event will take place.  Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and fees charged will include user's access and exit times. 

City staff will perform basic room setup and users can make additional changes upon access.  Refreshments can be served in the room for an additional non-refundable cleaning charge of $50.  No cleaning fee will be charged if only water is served in the room.
