Parents, caregivers, educators, and community members in Oceanside are encouraged to attend if they want to:
- Learn about opioids & stimulants & their effects
- Recognize the signs of substance use & overdose
- Understand how to administer Narcan to save a life
- Know how to communicate effectively with teens & take action
- Access local resources for support
