North County LGBTQ Resource Center, Fraternity House, Inc., Pilgrim United Church of Christ, Vista Community Clinic, TrueCare, ADR Wellness, Pug Therapy, Community Now and Oceanside Public Library are partnering to present World AIDS Day “Collective Action, Sustain and Accelerate HIV Progress via local Unity and Collaboration in North County,” on Sunday, December 1, 2024, 2 to 5 p.m., in the Civic Center Library Community Room, 330 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA. All are welcome to gather to remember the journey embarked on 39 years ago in the fight against HIV/AIDS and commit to continuing increasing awareness and ending stigma and discrimination. This free event will include a range of speakers, sharing from the public, a moment of remembrance, music, refreshments, health education and resources, an interactive art activity and art from local artists.
