Oceanside’s Black Pioneers, A Conversation with Those Who Have Inspired Us

Oceanside Public Library is proud to partner with the North County African American Women’s Association, Oceanside Museum of Art, Oceanside Historical Society, Generational Black Pioneers and Oceanside California Cultural District to present a free event in celebration of Black History Month: Oceanside’s Black Pioneers, A Conversation with Those Who Have Inspired Us. Hear from real-life Oceanside pioneers who inspired the “Generational Black Pioneers” plays performed the week prior at the Oceanside Theatre Company at the Brooks.
