Event Details
Guided by teaching artist Linda Kallas, participants will create an
"I AM..." affirmation poem, discussing words of affirmation and self-love. Participants will then work with musician and guitarist Mel Vernon to put their words to music, creating a personalized musical affirmation verse that can be meditated on as a form of self-care.
This workshop is for adults.
Space is limited and registration is required.
