TruConnect provides free phone service for those whose total household income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or through qualifying government programs (Medicaid / Medi-Cal, SNAP / CalFresh, SSI (Supplemental Security Income, Veterans and survivors pension benefits)
