Program Description
Event Details
With instructor guidance, participants will explore negative and positive emotions, pinpointing one negative emotion and the opposite positive emotion.
With color and pencil, (and guidance from the instructor) participants will create a symbol for these selected emotions, giving the participant the power to "flip the card" on negative emotions.
This class is at the El Corazon Senior Center, the same class will be repeated at Country Club Lane Senior Center, please only register for one.
